Zeta Marie Phillips, 73, of Washington, DC passed peacefully on January 5, 2023. She was predeceased by her loving parents Henry W. Phillips and Lera M. Sprague and stepfather Cicero W. Penix.

She is survived by her beloved sons, Vander A. Trammel, Alfonso W. Small, and Brian A. Small, Sr.; grandchildren, Vander A. Trammel, III, Tyler H. Trammel, TaiShan Mackall, Echo C. Trammel, Nikea Castillo, Brian A. Small, III, and Raymond L. Small; aunt, Jacqueline P. Grogan, of Miami, FL; and a host of other relatives and friends.
