William Richard Hill was born on November 24, 1946 to the late William Elwood Hill and Leanora Harriett Smith Hill and departed this life on November 28, 2020. Rick leaves to cherish his memory two daughrers, Leanora Buckley Castillo and Delores Buckley; two sisters, Michelle Hill and Edna Reynolds; one brother, Gregory Hill, Sr.; 13 nephews; one niece; many great nephews and nieces; and a host of other relatives and friends.
