Walter J. Evans, Jr. Esq. passed peacefully surrounded with family and friends on April 3, 2026. He is survived by his beloved wife, Dawna Rogers, M.D., daughter Danielle Evans, three sister's, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Walter was a gentle, dignified, quietly strong man born in White Plains, NY, who resided in Lanham, MD.
