Virginia H. Edmondson Obituary
On Saturday, August 20, 2022, Virginia Hairston Edmondson, of Lanham, MD, departed this life. She was the widow of the late Warren L. Edmondson of Washington, DC; daughter of the late William Sanders Hairston and the late Virginia Hairston, of Fieldale, VA; mother of Michael W. Edmondson (Coretta), of Lanham, MD, and Michele Edmondson-Parrott (Bruce), of Bowie, MD. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Guy M. Edmondson and Alexis V. Parrott; nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
From 10 to 11 a.m., on Tuesday, August 30, 2022, friends may visit with the family at McGuire Funeral Home, 7400 Georgia Ave., NW, Washington, DC, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at National Harmony Memorial Park, 7101 Sheriff Road, Hyattsville, MD.
