Ruth M. Holt, of Washington, DC, peacefully passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2020. She leaves cherished memories with her three children, Reginald Holt (Aida), Ronald Holt and Ethel Clinton; seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. She is predeceased by her husband of 49 years, William Holt.
