Rohulamin Quander Obituary

On Saturday August 16, 2025, Rohulamin Quander, retired Senior Administrative Law Judge for the District of Columbia, passed away surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his devoted wife of over 50 years, Carmen Torruella-Quander, three loving children, Iliana, Rohulamin II and Fatima (William F. Bryant, III) and granddaughter Egypt Quander Crenshaw. Ro also leaves to cherish his memory his three siblings, Joherra Harris, John Quander (Teri), and Ricardo Quander (Angela), and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, godchildren, Omega Psi Phi fraternity brothers, and dear friends.
