Robert Henry Nelson peacefully entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.  Robert was born on October 29, 1928, to the late Herbert and Daisy Nelson.  Raised in Washington, DC, he worked for the Central Intelligence Agency for 36 years, and after retiring from the CIA, worked part-time for the Northwest Federal Credit Union for another 27 years.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Marian (Caddie) Nelson. 

Robert leaves to rejoice in his memory two children, Malcolm (Vickie) Nelson, and Pamela Cohen; five grandchildren, Marcus (Stephanie) Cohen, Nicole Cohen, Darius Cohen, Robert Cohen, and Adrian Nelson; eight great grandchildren; one sister, Ruth Sallay; two sisters-in-law, Lucille Griffin and Margie Griffin; one brother-in-law, Raymond Johnson; twenty nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
