Richard Lee Fleming, Sr., 86, of Rockville, MD, was predeceased by his first wife, Barbara Fleming and second wife, Hazel Fleming, both whom he truly adored; his youngest son, Kenneth Fleming; and four sisters.

He leaves cherished memories with his son, Richard L. Fleming, Jr., and a host of other relatives and friends.
