Obituary

Rebecca Chandler Talbert, former educator (teacher, counselor, and principal) in the District of Columbia Public Schools, quietly and peacefully entered eternal rest on Saturday, February 12, 2022, at Riderwood Senior Living Complex in Silver Spring Maryland. She was predeceased by her husband, Preston T. Talbert, and her parents Charles and Amanda Chandler. She is survived by her sisters, Mildred C. Thomas and Gwendolyn C. Watson and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
