Percilla Ann Miller, a longtime resident of Washington, DC, peacefully transitioned on February 5, 2023 in the presence of her loving family. Percilla leaves to cherish her memory, one loving, admiring son, Andre Johnson, a caring and loving daughter in-law, Tina M. Johnson and a loving and cherished granddaughter, Kennedy A. Johnson. Also surviving are other relatives and friends.
