Paula Pree was born July 29, 1943 and transitioned peacefully on a Wednesday January 7, 2026 to be with her God. A retired legal secretary, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and advocate, she was a “Prayer Warrior “and a devoted member of Wesley United Methodist Church.

Paula was preceded in death by her parents, Augustus and Mary Dennis; her daughter Monica; her nieces Rosalind and Rochelle; and her life partner, Richard “Dick” Jones.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her sisters Pam Rogers and Janice Dennis; her former husband Marvin Louis Pree Sr.; her sons Marvin Louis Pree Jr. and Curtis Pree; her nieces Lauren Rogers and Danielle Belton; her grandchildren, Marvin, Paul, Nathan, Leila, Martin, Brandon and Christopher; her great-grandchildren, Christian, Kierra, Kaleb, Ariya, Aubrey, Aiden, Kayla, Kesean, Kaycen and Camille.
