Norman C. Neverson II

Norman Carl Neverson II, 36, affectionately known as Carl, of Baltimore, Maryland, peacefully passed away after a lengthy, non-COVID related illness at Johns Hopkins University Hospital, Bayview. Carl was born and raised in Washington, DC, graduating from Woodrow Wilson Senior High School. He also graduated from Morgan State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management. Carl held positions in his field of study throughout the Baltimore area. He was most proud to be a member of The Phoenix Lodge No. 3, of Baltimore, under the regular Grand Lodge of Maryland. 

Carl is survived by his parents, Angela P. and Norman C. Neverson; sister, Grea Marie Neverson Daniels; nephew, Derek Barack Neverson Daniels; niece, Nylah Grace Marie Daniels; aunt, Ola Tilghman; uncles, Ronald L. Neverson, Sr. (Marketta); David C. Neverson, Sr.; Willie Barksdale (Alberta); several cousins, extended family, and a host of close friends in his beloved Baltimore community.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
