Naomi Davenport Obituary
Naomi Ruth Pitt Davenport, 99, was born on July 4, 1921 to the late Thomas A. and Hattie M. Pitt in Rocky Mount, NC. Naomi was a supervisor at the Pentagon in the Department of the Army for 35 years. She was an active member of Fifteenth Street Presbyterian Church as an Elder, Sunday School teacher and served on the Christian Education Committee and the Presbyterian Women's Group.
She is survived by her daughter, Janice Lee; grandsons, Michael, Tony, Steve, Gregory Lee and granddaughter, Jennifer L. Ponce; great-grandchildren, Adriel Ponce, Elsa Lee, Vivienne Lee and Khaleah Murray.
