Melvin Thomas entered eternal rest on Monday, April 29, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents Lucy Brown Pitts and Cleveland Thomas, his stepfather James "J.W." Pitts, and his partner Aletha B. Moore.
He leaves to cherish his memory his one and only sibling-sister, Frances Jenkins as well as a host of cousins. He was loved by many friends and neighbors.
