Martha Parker Obituary
Martha Marion Parker, 90, of Washington, DC, passed away on December 17, 2021. She was born in Scotland Neck, NC on November 18, 1931. She was a graduate of Freedmen's Hospital Nursing School and worked at Children's Hospital for many years.
Predeceased by her husband, Willie L. Parker; five sisters and three brother, she is survived by her daughter, Pamela Parker; son, Christopher Parker (Sonja); four grandchildren, one great-grandson, two sisters, Ellen Wiggins and Lillian Best, and a host of other relatives and friends.
The interment will be at Mary’s Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery in Scotland Neck, NC.
