Lucille Pleasants Williams, 103, departed on Sunday, May 28, 2023. She was the daughter of William and Annie Brown; sister of Evelyn Jefferson, Doris Henson, William Brown, Creed Brown, and Douglass Brown, all of whom preceded her in death; widow of Joseph E. Pleasants and Melvin Williams; mother of Michael, Carl, Mark (deceased), Clarke Pleasants, Jo-Ann Taylor and Jan Morgan-Farmer. Lucille is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, in addition to a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
