Louis R. Perkins Obituary

 

Louis Raymond Perkins of Washington D.C. passed away on July 22, 2022.  Born in New Orleans, Louisiana on April 20, 1923, he spent his formative years in Pass Christian, Mississippi.  


Mr. Perkins is predeceased by his wife Mary Hughes Perkins, brother William J. Perkins and sister Beatrice Perkins Alexander.


He is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
