Leutrell Michael Carlton Osborne, Sr., a former CIA Case Officer, as told in his autobiography, "Black Man in the CIA", passed away on November 18, 2023. Osborne, a native Washingtonian, graduating from Roosevelt High School ('57) and American University. BA (1971), is survived by his wife of 66 years Rose; their five children (DeLevay, Monique, Leutrell II, Natasha, and Carlton); eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and six siblings, other relatives and friends.
