Joyce Batipps Obituary
Joyce Stanley Batipps passed away peacefully at home on October 27, 2021. Born in Washington, DC, she was a proud graduate of McKinley Technical High School, Howard University College of Pharmacy and the DC School of Law. She was preceded in death by her son, Gregory R. Batipps and brothers Donald, Rudolf, and Harold Stanley.
She is survived by her daughter, Christina Batipps, siblings Paul Stanley, Jr., Dorothy Kennison, and Barbara Stanley, a host of nieces, nephews and cousins, former husband Michael Batipps, MD, and many close friends whom she considered family.
