Joseph Earl Harris Jr., 55, passed away while jogging near his home on November 23, 2020. Earl was born on April 22, 1965, in Williamsport, Pa. He attended grade school in Williamstown, Mass., 2 years in Nairobi, Kenya, and Silver Spring, Md., where he graduated from Springbrook High School. Earl received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and an MBA degree from Yale University. He was a project manager for ICF International. He leaves his father, Joseph Earl Harris Sr.; mother, Rosemarie Pressley Harris; sister, Joanne Harris; brother-in-law, Gary Puckrein; and beloved niece, Gari Puckrein. He also leaves many devoted friends and lots of cousins.
