Joseph E. Harris, Jr.

Joseph Earl Harris, Jr., 55, passed away while jogging near his home. He was born on April 22, 1965, in Williamsport, PA. He attended grade schools in Williamstown, MA, Nairobi, Kenya, and graduated from Springbrook High School in Silver Spring, MD. Earl received a BA degree from Rutgers University and an MBA degree from Yale University. He was a project manager for ICF International.

He leaves his father, Joseph Earl Harris, Sr.; mother, Rosemarie Pressley Harris; sister, Joanne Harris; brother-in-law, Gary Puckrein; and beloved niece, Gari Puckrein. He also leaves lots of cousins and devoted friends.

There will be a private memorial service on Zoom later this month.
