John Milligan Obituary

John Walter Milligan, 92, of Washington, DC, peacefully transitioned from earthly labor to his heavenly reward on October 7, 2021. He was the beloved husband of the late Dorothy Whaley Milligan; loving father of John Jr. (Carol) and Gerald Milligan; cherished grandfather to Damien, Kashawn, Jasmine and Gerald II; and great-grandfather to Kyla and Eldric. Also surviving are many loving relatives and friends.
