Jacqueline M. Howell, M.D. was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Arthur Howell.

She is survived by her children, Cecilia Howell-Canada, M.D. and Arthur W. Howell III; two grandchildren, Carmella and Lawrence Canada (Kathleen); a sister, Myra King and a plethora of relatives, friends and patients.

Funeral services will be held at a later date in Milwaukee, WI.
