Henry McKinley Dent, Jr., better known as Kenny, was born at Freeman’s Hospital in Washington, DC on May 1, 1974 to Henry and Beatrice Dent.
He was educated in the DC Public School System. He was a lover of old school music and jazz. He liked online gaming and was a connoisseur of food establishments throughout the DMV. Kenny held numerous jobs over the years from postal clerk, auto parts deliverer, sous chef, and airport attendant to name a few.
Henry leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Beatrice Dent; sister, Carol Dent Randolph; nephews, Anthony Dent and Clifton Randolph; nieces, Robin Dames and Ebony Randolph; aunts, Velma Harris, Helen Schofield and Grace Taylor; uncle, Ulysses Dean (Brenda), great-nieces and nephews, Kevin Dames, Jaylin Stephens, Patricia Dent, Makayla Whitfield (his best buddy), Christian Randolph, Keyona Dent, Jordan Dent, and Cameron Randolph; and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
