Grace M. Harley passed peacefully on January 22, 2025. She was born October 20, 1949 and this third generation Washingtonian devoted her life to her adoring famiy and being an active Catholic church member and volunteer. She started her career at Riggs/PNC bank. She was preceded in death by her late husband, William E. Harley, her son Gary S. Harley (Evelyn), and her four beloved sisters. She is survived by her daughters Atty. Sheila Harley Washington (Montell), Dr. Sharon Harley (Bill) and son Thomas W. Harley of Washington, DC; grandchilden; Marque Harley (Lisa), Ashley T. Kershaw, LeAnn Harley, Jasmine Harley, Carmen Harley, Kristyna Zellars, and Jonathan Williams.
