Gladys "Lois" Delores Carter, 73, of Washington, DC passed away on Monday, May 30, 2022, in her sleep. Gladys is survived by her husband, Richard Lee Carter, Sr.; two children, Richard Lee Carter, Jr. (Helena Denham-Carter) and Nicoole LaShawn Carter; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
