Frederick Bethel Obituary

Frederick E. Bethel passed at age 92. He was a graduate of Armstrong High School and served during World War II with the U.S. Army Quartermaster Corps in France. After graduating in 1951 from Saint Augustine's University, he later worked for the D.C. Department of Parks and Recreation.
