Franklin P. DeLaine, Sr.

Franklin P. DeLaine, Sr., of Washington, DC, was a former Deputy Director EEO at the Government Printing Office. He was preceded in death by his wife Anne J. and son Michael DeLaine.

He is the loving father of Franklin P. DeLaine, Jr. (Patricia), Barbara D. Jumper (Steven) and Richard DeLaine. Also surviving are four grandchildren, two sisters, other loving relatives and friends.
