Mrs. Frances B. Reed, wife of Dr. Vincent Reed, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, July 23, 2022. She is survived by her devoted niece Ella Redmond; loving niece Patrice Millhouse; Brother Ricky Walker; Sister Sandra West; Brother-in-law William Reed (Consuela) of Texas; nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
