Ellen Webster Baynard peacefully accepted her spiritual wings on Tuesday, December 12, 2023. A native Washingtonian, she is survived by her daughter, Lynn B. Pittmon, her son Frank C. Baynard, Jr. and his wife Deadrine, as well as four grandsons, four granddaughters, three brothers, four sisters and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, in-laws and friends.
