E. Joan H. Cepeda Obituary
E. Joan Huff Cepeda, a Washington, D.C. native, passed away peacefully on February 21,2025 surrounded by family. Raised in the Southeast, DC, she was a proud alumna of Dunbar High School. Joan dedicated over 20 years as a respected Physical Therapy professor at Howard University's College of Allied Health Sciences, mentoring countless students.
Her loving children survive her: daughters Sharon Zoe Spencer and Joanna Cepeda and son Juan Cepeda. As well as many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
