Ms. Dorothy T. Kent, 104, was a native of Montclair, NJ who moved to the Washington DC area after successfully passing the civil service examination. Her working career was spent in the federal government.
She is survived by her beloved cousin, Donald N. Harris, Jr., other relatives and friends.
