Deborah Ann Kirkland

Deborah Ann Hubbard Kirkland, 100, of Washington, DC, was a longtime member of Nativity Catholic Church. She taught at Sharpe Health School for over 20 years. Deborah enjoyed art, playing bridge, reading novels, but most of all spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by daughter, Vonja Kirkland-Dempsey; grandchildren, Wilson Jr. and Tsa McCord; great-grandsons, Austin and Dustin McCord; sister, Cornelia Proctor; sister-in-law, Lucy Hubbard and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her son, Howard J. Kirkland and grandson, Eric McCord.
