Darrell A. Behlin, a native Washingtonian, grew up in Riggs Park (N.E., D.C.). He suddenly transitioned on November 5, 2022. Darrell graduated from Calvin Coolidge High School in 1974 and attended the University of the District of Columbia for 2 years. He was a die-hard Redskins/Commander, Wizards and Nationals fan.
He is survived by his siblings; Barbara Simpson, Linda Behlin (William Buggs), Jacqueline Franklin (Robert), Derrick Behlin (Wanda), Tajuana Brown; children; Calencia Crutchfield (Daniel), James McCrae (Nicole); five grandchildren; Trinity Payen, Dean Johnson, Jaela, Kenzie and Nia McCrae, other relatives and many friends.
