Cornelia H. Proctor Obituary

 

Cornelia Hubbard Proctor, 103, passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband Leonard Proctor, Sr., and grandsons Leonard, III and Gregg Proctor.


Left to cherish her memory are her son, Leonard; granddaughters, Kimberly Manning and Christina Johnson; great-granddaughter, Vivian Blue, a sister-in-law; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.


Cornelia was a lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and several social clubs.
