Clinton Edison Lewis, Jr. of Silver Spring, MD, passed away peacefully on August 23, 2022 . He was born on March 13, 1937, in Bessemer, Alabama.

He was a registered investment advisor and founded the Wealth Acceleration Institute of Silver Spring. He greatly enjoyed sailing the Chesapeake and Caribbean, golf, and bridge.

He is survived by a daughter, Ava Lewis of Atlanta; a son, Franck Caplain of Lehman, France; two sisters, Lydia Lewis Alexander of Bessemer, AL and Gwendolyn Lewis Harllee of Washington, DC; a sister-in-law, Mae Lewis of Ocala, FL; seven grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
