Claudia L. McKoin, Esq.

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Claudia Laureen McKoin, Esq., a cherished sister, devoted aunt, and esteemed friend, who departed this world peacefully on April 19, 2026, at the age of 78 surrounded by loving family. Born August 7, 1947, in Cleveland, Ohio, Claudia was the beloved daughter of the late William D. McKoin and Moneva C. Starks McKoin.

She is survived by her sisters Charlene McKoin of Portugal, Moneva McKoin of Washington, DC, Pamela McKoin, her brother-in-law Laurence Morse and beloved nephew and niece Stephan Morse and Kristina Morse, all of Stamford, CT.

 Claudia graduated from John Adams High School in Cleveland in 1965. She obtained a B.A. from Howard University in 1969, an MBA from George Washington University in 1977, followed by a Juris Doctorate from American University in 1999.
