She is survived by her daughter, Vida Angela Nelson Cook (Ur Aua Hehimetu Ra Enkamit); seven grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. Also surviving are her sister-in-law, Ruby O. Nelson; nieces nephews, cousins, sorority sisters, and friends.
