Carol Preston Obituary
Carol Waller Preston of Washington, DC passed away on March 17, 2022 after a brief illness. Born April 3, 1930 in Norristown, PA to the late Thomas and Annie Waller of Ninety-Six, SC., Carol was a former school counselor in the DC Public School System for more that 30 years and a faithful member of DC’s Mount Airy Baptist Church for 82 years. A graduate of Morgan State, Carol earned a Master’s degree in Counseling from George Washington University.
Her husband, John “Jack” Preston, and sister Althea Watts, preceded her in death.
