Talbert E. Dowling III

Talbert E. Dowling, 86, passed peacefully in Sandy Spring, MD. He was formerly of Takoma Park, MD and Washington, DC and a master electrician in DC, MD and VA.

He was predeceased by his parents, Talbert Jr., and Elaine W. Dowling; and former wife Betty Dowling. He was the beloved father of Elizabeth Young Fenty (Russell) and Gregory E. Dowling (Gabriela); and grandfather of Grant, Miles and Jules Dowling. He is also survived by his sister, Linda E. Johnson; niece Robyn C. E. Johnson; aunt, Mary Dowling Fields; and a host of other relatives and friends.
