Sterling D. Spriggs, of Washington, DC, was the loving and devoted husband of Deborah M. Spriggs; beloved father of Brandon and Christopher Spriggs and brother of Gregory (Kamisha) Spriggs. He also leaves other relatives and many friends.
Mr. Spriggs was predeceased by his parents, Alvin and Irene Spriggs.
