Rhoda J. Shorter

Rhoda J. Shorter, a native Washingtonian, earned  Bachelors and Masters degrees at Howard University. She was a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, XI Omega Chapter. She retired from the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration after a long career. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Inez Shorter.

Left to cherish her memory are a host of devoted friends and colleagues.
