Platt's gone. Suddenly. Full Moon Sunday morning. Heart... Survivors: wife, Carol Beane, son, Mike, father Brooks, cousin, Sandra and sons, Grandville, Gregory and families, brother-in-law, Glenn. Predeceased by his mother, Olga, aunt Muriel, brother, Roger, step-son, Timothy, in-laws, Everett and Oris Beane. His legacy: a life-time of art to the world.

Saturday, January 26, 6 to 9 p.m., American University's Katzen Museum hosts an opening reception of the exhibition, Influences and Connections, Michael's images and Carol's poems. Come celebrate the Imagemaker!
