Joseph Milton Arthur Wells, Sr., 91, beloved father, grandfather and brother passed away peacefully in Hyattsville, MD. He is survived by his son, Victor Wells; grandsons, Joseph (Dawn) and Colin; great-grandchildren, Demarco, Ryan, Tyler, Jessica and Rashad; sister, Valerie Joy and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by his wife, Pauline Hazel Wells, and a son, Joseph Milton Arthur Wells, Jr.
