Joseph Henry Carter, Jr. is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Janave Carter; beloved daughters, Natalie Carter (fiancé, Stephen Benson) and Tanya Hazelworth (Wesley); treasured grandsons, Bradley, Matthew and Alexander; other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his son, Joseph H. Carter, III.
