H. Naylor Fitzhugh, Jr., M.D., MPH, FAAFP, is survived by his loving wife of 47 and a half years, Carroll Fitzhugh; four children, Courtney, H. Naylor, III (Traci), Kevan (Courtney) and Dwayne; three grandchildren, H. Naylor, IV, Josiah, and Flora; a brother, Richard (Estrellita) and sister, Idorenyin Jamar (Delim); niece, Rabi'ah; cousins, and a host of other family members and friends.
