Flossie Ballard Obituary
Flossie House Ballard, 96, was preceded in death by her husband, James I. Ballard, Sr. She was the mother of five children, four of which preceded her in death, Jacqueline, Brian, Beatrice and James Jr.
She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Smoot; five grandchildren, Mark, Aaron, Jackie, Leticia and Yvonne; six great-grandchilden; other relatives and friends.
The interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
