She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Michael Abramowitz of Potomac, MD; four sisters, Mary Augustine of Oakland, CA; Leola "Roscoe" Dellums of Washington, DC; Rosa Higgs of Berkeley, CA; and Emma Higgs of Jamestown, NC; one sister-in-law, Karen Abramowitz of Lebanon, OR; and many other relatives and friends.
