Dorothy "Dottie" R. Thornes, 92, has transistioned peacefully to her Heavenly home. Dottie was a native Washingtonian.
She is survived by her son, Barry; daughter-in-law, Joan; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Rick Herring; a host of other family members and treasured friends.
