Charles W. Johnson, 92, of Washington, DC and formerly of Sumpter, SC, leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 68 years, Janie Ruth; one sister, Arnetta Osborne; eight children, 14 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was an educator, a WWII veteran and a devoted church member.
